Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Paul's College. St Paul's is a Catholic co-educational College from Reception to Year 12.

Our main intakes occur at Reception, Year 7, and Year 10. Enrolment Applications for these intakes are required a minimum of 20 months prior to commencement. Admission to other year levels may be possible when a vacancy exists. Please contact us to discuss availability and waitlists.

Enrolment Process - Reception and Year 7 Intakes

Our enrolment intakes are at Reception and Year 7. Enrolment at other levels is only possible when a vacancy exists. 

Please note that St Paul's College does not accept international students. 

R to 7 Enrolment Process

Enrolment Priority Criteria & Deadlines

Decisions about enrolments are informed by the following criteria:

  1. Siblings of children already enrolled at St Paul’s and children of College staff
  2. Baptised Catholic children within local parishes
  3. Children of old scholars
  4. Children already enrolled in a Catholic school
  5. Date of application

The Principal will exercise discretion in relation to all enrolments.

St Paul’s College is transitioning to requiring enrolment applications be submitted in full and at least 24 months (two years) prior to the requested starting date. At that time (two years prior), the enrolment priority criteria are applied to applications and enrolment conversations may be offered as a next step in the enrolment process. The due date for applications during this transition period, is as follows:

  • For students beginning in 2027, enrolment applications are due 18 months prior (closing July 2025)
  • For students beginning in 2028, enrolment applications are due 24 months prior (closing February 2026).
  • For student beginning in 2029 and beyond, enrolment applications are due 24 months prior. 

 

Sibling Enrolments

Although priority is given to sibling enrolments, we do require a completed application form for each younger sibling a minimum of 2 years prior to commencement. 

Reception Enrolments

If your child turns 5 before 30 April, they will commence in Term 1 of that year. 
If your child was born between 1 May & 31 October, they are eligible for Semester 2 intake and will complete 6 terms of Reception.
