St Paul's College has two key plans: 

The 2019-2022 Strategic Plan that has been developed in accordance with the strategic planning model developed for Edmund Rice Australia schools and the Continuous Improvement Framework for Catholic schools developed by Catholic Education South Australia. 

The Annual School Improvement Plan that forms part of St Paul's College's overall strategic and and business plan.
