Enrolment/Admin Officer (permanent)
ESO Grade 3
28 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
This is a permanent position to effectively manage and support the enrolment and transition of students into the college as well as assisting in the front office/student reception area.
Experience and competence in a range of computer software packages including the full Office suite to an advanced level. This may include formatting correspondence and reports including merging documents with data, use of columns and tables;
Database management skills and the ability to accurately process high volumes of data using the MAZE program;
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision within a team environment;
Time management and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines;
Effective interpersonal skills and initiative when dealing with difficult situations;
Effective oral and written communication skills, in particular, the ability to effectively and tactfully deal with clients, ensuring cross-cultural sensitivity;
Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills.
